Nowadays more and more tourist are starting to prefer renting a villa, a house or  an apartment in Spain to the traditional hotel accommodation. With the advent of charter flight from England and constantly increasing number of rented villas it will be reasonably cheaper for tourists to find and to rent a separate house or any other property in Tenerife.

It’s up to you what to choose. You can rent a house, an apartment or a villa  on the coast of Tenerife or you can enjoy the  atmosphere in  one of busy tourists resorts or  you can gain inside yourself in self-contained area in the mountains.
